This could have also been called; I'm too tired to go to the store Turkey Stroganoff. lol Extra pepper makes this very tasty!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2-3 tablespoons crushed garlic
- 1 pound ground turkey
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 can corn and peppers (11oz can)
- 1 package fettucine pasta, cooked and drained

Step 1Add oil to pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and peppers and saute until onions are translucent. (My favorite way to start almost every main dish!)

Step 2Add turkey to the pan and cook until no longer pink. season with spices.

Step 3Combine cream of corn, mushroom soup, sour cream, parmesan cheese and broth into the mixture.

Step 4Add cooked fettuccine and simmer on low 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
