It's all I had in my kitchen Turkey Stroganoff



This could have also been called; I'm too tired to go to the store Turkey Stroganoff. lol

Extra pepper makes this very tasty!

2 Tbsp
olive oil
1/2 c
diced onion
2-3 Tbsp
crushed garlic
1 lb
ground turkey
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 c
sour cream
1/2 c
fresh parmesan cheese
3/4 c
chicken broth
1/2 can(s)
corn and peppers (11oz can)
1 pkg
fettucine pasta, cooked and drained


1Add oil to pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and peppers and saute until onions are translucent. (My favorite way to start almost every main dish!)
2Add turkey to the pan and cook until no longer pink. season with spices.
3Combine cream of corn, mushroom soup, sour cream, parmesan cheese and broth into the mixture.
4Add cooked fettuccine and simmer on low 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
