This could have also been called; I'm too tired to go to the store Turkey Stroganoff. lol Extra pepper makes this very tasty!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2-3 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 can corn and peppers (11oz can)
  • 1 package fettucine pasta, cooked and drained

How To Make it's all i had in my kitchen turkey stroganoff

  • Step 1
    Add oil to pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and peppers and saute until onions are translucent. (My favorite way to start almost every main dish!)
  • Step 2
    Add turkey to the pan and cook until no longer pink. season with spices.
  • Step 3
    Combine cream of corn, mushroom soup, sour cream, parmesan cheese and broth into the mixture.
  • Step 4
    Add cooked fettuccine and simmer on low 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
