This could have also been called; I'm too tired to go to the store Turkey Stroganoff. lol

Extra pepper makes this very tasty!

2 Tbsp
olive oil
1/2 c
diced onion
2-3 Tbsp
crushed garlic
1 lb
ground turkey
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 c
sour cream
1/2 c
fresh parmesan cheese
3/4 c
chicken broth
1/2 can(s)
corn and peppers (11oz can)
1 pkg
fettucine pasta, cooked and drained

How to Make It's all I had in my kitchen Turkey Stroganoff


  • 1Add oil to pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and peppers and saute until onions are translucent. (My favorite way to start almost every main dish!)
  • 2Add turkey to the pan and cook until no longer pink. season with spices.
  • 3Combine cream of corn, mushroom soup, sour cream, parmesan cheese and broth into the mixture.
  • 4Add cooked fettuccine and simmer on low 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
