italian sausage (remove skins if using links)
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 bunch
green salad onions chopped including tops
1 can(s)
sliced mushrooms (reserve liquid)
1 can(s)
sliced black olives (reserve liquid)
1 jar(s)
sun dried tomatoes
1 pkg
italian & herb cream cheese
1 box

How to Make Italian Sausage Penne Pasta


  • 1Cook Penne per instructions on container but omit the salt.
  • 2Put olive oil in skillet and add sausage and chopped onions; cook completely and drain off any oils.
  • 3Add olives, tomatoes, and mushrooms and heat thoroughly then add the flavored cream cheese and reserved liquid to thin.
  • 4Add mixture to cooked Penne and enjoy
