Ingredients
- 1 lb package italian sausage (remove skins if using links)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bunch green salad onions chopped including tops
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (reserve liquid)
- 1 can sliced black olives (reserve liquid)
- 1 jar sun dried tomatoes
- 1 package italian & herb cream cheese
- 1 box penne
How To Make italian sausage penne pasta

Step 1Cook Penne per instructions on container but omit the salt.

Step 2Put olive oil in skillet and add sausage and chopped onions; cook completely and drain off any oils.

Step 3Add olives, tomatoes, and mushrooms and heat thoroughly then add the flavored cream cheese and reserved liquid to thin.

Step 4Add mixture to cooked Penne and enjoy
