  • 1 lb pkg
    italian sausage (remove skins if using links)
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 bunch
    green salad onions chopped including tops
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced mushrooms (reserve liquid)
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced black olives (reserve liquid)
  • 1 jar(s)
    sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 pkg
    italian & herb cream cheese
  • 1 box

How to Make Italian Sausage Penne Pasta


  1. Cook Penne per instructions on container but omit the salt.
  2. Put olive oil in skillet and add sausage and chopped onions; cook completely and drain off any oils.
  3. Add olives, tomatoes, and mushrooms and heat thoroughly then add the flavored cream cheese and reserved liquid to thin.
  4. Add mixture to cooked Penne and enjoy
