Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper diced
- 8 ounces mushroom sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounces pastrami sliced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 32 ounces favorite spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces gemelli pasta cooked in salted boiling water and drained
- 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
- - shredded parmesan cheese for serving
How To Make italian pastrami skillet

Step 1Add oil to a large skillet. Saute the onion and red bell pepper and saute until softened. Add the mushrooms and garlic and saute until the mushrooms are browned. Add the wine and let most evaporate. Add the pastrami and cook until browned. Add the spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Add the basil and stir in the cooked pasta.

Step 2Serve with shredded parmesan cheese.
