italian pasta casserole (no bake!!!)

This is actually my husbands recipe, but it's so yummy I had to share....hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do.

Ingredients
- small can sliced black olives
- 16 oz. can crushed stewed tomatoes w/ basil
- penne pasta
- shredded parmesan cheese (better if fresh)
- 1 lb sweet italian sausage (peeled and fried)
- frozen spinach
- crushed garlic (to taste)
- pepperoni
- mushrooms, fresh
- small can tomatoe sauce
How To Make italian pasta casserole (no bake!!!)

Step 1Fry sausage and drain off grease (MAKE SURE TO PEEL THE SKIN OFF THE LINKS BEFORE YOU FRY THEM).

Step 2When sausage is cooked add your tomatoes, sauce, black olives, garlic, spinach, pepperoni and mushrooms.

Step 3When pasta is ready add to mixture (either in the pan or in a serving dish). Mix in the parmesan cheese leaving some to sprinkle over the top after serving.
