This is actually my husbands recipe, but it's so yummy I had to share....hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do.

Add to Grocery List

  • small can
    sliced black olives
  • 16 oz. can
    crushed stewed tomatoes w/ basil
  • ·
    penne pasta
  • ·
    shredded parmesan cheese (better if fresh)
  • 1 lb
    sweet italian sausage (peeled and fried)
  • ·
    frozen spinach
  • ·
    crushed garlic (to taste)
  • ·
  • ·
    mushrooms, fresh
  • small can
    tomatoe sauce

How to Make Italian Pasta casserole (no bake!!!)


  1. Fry sausage and drain off grease (MAKE SURE TO PEEL THE SKIN OFF THE LINKS BEFORE YOU FRY THEM).
  2. When sausage is cooked add your tomatoes, sauce, black olives, garlic, spinach, pepperoni and mushrooms.
  3. When pasta is ready add to mixture (either in the pan or in a serving dish). Mix in the parmesan cheese leaving some to sprinkle over the top after serving.
