    ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz
    feta cheese
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp
    fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    each or to taste salt, garlic, onion salt

How to Make Italian cheese stuffing for shells or manicotti


  1. mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
    cook pasta to fill according to package, add cheese filling into pasta place into baking dish, cover with any sauce, pesto, ragu, meat tomato sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese bake at 350 for 30 minutes
