  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon each or to taste salt, garlic, onion salt

  • Step 1
    mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. cook pasta to fill according to package, add cheese filling into pasta place into baking dish, cover with any sauce, pesto, ragu, meat tomato sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese bake at 350 for 30 minutes
