Ingredients
- 1 pound ragatoni pasta
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 16 ounces tomato sauce (jar or home made)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, diced or shreaded
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese graded
- - salt, pepper, italian seasoning
How To Make italian baked pasta and cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Cook Pasta according to directions for "Al Dente" and drain and put back in pot

Step 3mix 1 cup of tomato sauce with pasta

Step 4pour 1/2 cup of tomato sauce in bottom of 2 quart baking dish

Step 5add half of pasta to baking dish

Step 6mix ricotta , half of mozzarella cheese , salt ,pepper, Italian seasoning and half of parmesan in bowl and then spread on top of pasta

Step 7cover with second half of pasta balance of sauce and balance of cheeses

Step 8Bake at 350 for 30 min.
