ragatoni pasta
1 1/2 c
ricotta cheese
16 oz
tomato sauce (jar or home made)
1 c
mozzarella cheese, diced or shreaded
1/2 c
grated parmesan or romano cheese graded
salt, pepper, italian seasoning

How to Make Italian Baked Pasta and Cheese


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2Cook Pasta according to directions for "Al Dente" and drain and put back in pot
  • 3mix 1 cup of tomato sauce with pasta
  • 4pour 1/2 cup of tomato sauce in bottom of 2 quart baking dish
  • 5add half of pasta to baking dish
  • 6mix ricotta , half of mozzarella cheese , salt ,pepper, Italian seasoning and half of parmesan in bowl and then spread on top of pasta
  • 7cover with second half of pasta balance of sauce and balance of cheeses
  • 8Bake at 350 for 30 min.
