Italian Baked Pasta and Cheese

Ingredients

1 lbragatoni pasta
-
1 1/2 cricotta cheese
-
16 oztomato sauce (jar or home made)
-
1 cmozzarella cheese, diced or shreaded
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan or romano cheese graded
-
·salt, pepper, italian seasoning
How to Make Italian Baked Pasta and Cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cook Pasta according to directions for "Al Dente" and drain and put back in pot
- mix 1 cup of tomato sauce with pasta
- pour 1/2 cup of tomato sauce in bottom of 2 quart baking dish
- add half of pasta to baking dish
- mix ricotta , half of mozzarella cheese , salt ,pepper, Italian seasoning and half of parmesan in bowl and then spread on top of pasta
- cover with second half of pasta balance of sauce and balance of cheeses
- Bake at 350 for 30 min.
