Ingredients
- 1 pound rigatoni pasta, uncooked
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 16 ounces tomato sauce jar or home made
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese shreaded
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
- - salt pepper and italian seasoning
How To Make italian baked pasta and cheese

Step 1cook pasta according to directions for "al dente", drain pasta and mix with 1 cup of tomato sauce

Step 2preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 3spread 1/2 cup tomato sauce on bottom of 2 quart baking dish and add 1/2 of pasta

Step 4mix ricotta, half of mozzarella, and half of parmesan cheese , salt pepper and Italian seasoning spread over pasta

Step 5pour remaining pasta on top of ricotta mix . add remaining sauce, then mozzarella and parmesan cheese

Step 6bake 350 for 40 min
