Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked fettucini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 - boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 large red peppers, cut into strips
- 2 large yellow peppers, cut into strips
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon salt free seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
How To Make fabulous chicken fettucini

Step 1In large skillet, heat oil; add chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms and seasoning. Cook and stir over medium heat until chicken is cooked, 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 2Add fettucini and parmesan cheese; toss to coat.

Step 3Serve as soon as possible. Refrigerate leftovers.
