Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 6 ounces fettucini
- salt
- 1/2 cup each ricotta cheese and shredded romano cheese
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- fresh italian parsley for garnish
How To Make instant pot cheese, pesto,& black pepper pasta

Step 1Turn the instant pot to saute and add the Olive oil and garlic and saute 30 seconds. Add the pasta and salt and just enough water to cover the pasta. Set on 3 minutes pressure cook and then quick release.

Step 2Open the lid and select saute. Stir in the ricotta, romano and pesto. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in the black pepper and lemon juice.

Step 3Serve garnished with the parsley.
