inside outside ravioli

My aunt brought this recipe home from Vermont one year and everyone had to have it...great for potlucks and cold winter nights.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 10 oz cans spinach, reserve liquid
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- 1 lb can spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz cans tomato sauce, italian seasoned
- 6 oz cans tomato paste, italian
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- reserved - spinach liquid
- 7 ounces favorite macaroni/pasta
- 1 can shredded cheese
How To Make inside outside ravioli

Step 1Combine bread crumbs, eggs, and oil. Spread over bottom of pan and cover with drained spinach.

Step 2Brown ground beef, drain fat, and add onions, garlic, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, spinach juice, and spices. Simmer together for 10 minutes. (Use a very large skillet!)

Step 3Cook macaroni per box instructions and drain.

Step 4Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Alternate meat mixture and cooked macaroni over spinach. Cover with cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
