inside-out ravioli
I worked all week on this one.I tried to put a twist on the pasta for my kids. They loved it and had no idea they were eatten spinach!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 - clove of garlic minced
- 1 - 10oz package of frozen chopped spinach
- 1 pound can of spaghetti-sauce with mushrooms
- 8 ounces can tomato sauce
- 6 ounces can tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - dash of pepper
- 7 ounces package elbow macaroni shells cooked and drained
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheese or as much as you like. we love cheese
- 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
- 2 - well beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup salad oil
How To Make inside-out ravioli

Step 1Brown 1st 3 ingredients in large skillet. Cook spinach using package directions. Drain , reserving liquid. add water to make 1 cup. Add spinach liquid and next five ingrdients to meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine spinach with macaroni and remaining ingredients: spread in 13 x 9 in backing dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. serves 8 to 10
