Ingredients
- 1 (10oz) package frozen spinach, chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 1 pound can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 or 10 oz packages shell or elbow macaroni, cooked
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 - eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 (6oz) can tomato paste
How To Make inside out ravioli

Step 1Cook spinach according to package directions - drain, reserving liquid. Add water to make 1 cup liquid. Set aside.

Step 2Brown meat, onion and garlic in 1 Tbls oil.

Step 3Stir spinach liquid, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and pepper into meat mixture and simmer 10 minutes.

Step 4Combine spinach, cooked macaroni, cheese, eggs, and 1/4 c oil.

Step 5Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray and spread the spinach mixture on the bottom. Spread the meat mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes.
