This pasta salad combines the flavors of a great antipasta for a fantastic main course pasta salad.

cooked rigatoni
1 can(s)
red kidney beans, drained and rinced
2 medium
tomatoes, diced
8 oz
hard salami, diced
8 oz
mozzarella cheese, diced
6 oz
black olives, sliced
4 slice
prosciutto, cut into strips
1 can(s)
artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1/4 c
italian dressing
to taste
salt and pepper
1 tsp

How to Make insalata


  • 1Place the cooked pasta in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, combine the beans, tomatoes, salami, cheese, olives, prosciutto, and artchikes.
  • 2pour the dressing over the pasta, stir, and then fold in the anitpasta mix. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Chill until ready to serve.
