Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked rigatoni
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinced
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 8 ounces hard salami, diced
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, diced
- 6 ounces black olives, sliced
- 4 slices prosciutto, cut into strips
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1/4 cup italian dressing
- to taste - salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
How To Make insalata

Step 1Place the cooked pasta in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, combine the beans, tomatoes, salami, cheese, olives, prosciutto, and artchikes.

Step 2pour the dressing over the pasta, stir, and then fold in the anitpasta mix. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Chill until ready to serve.
