It's so hard to find Mac n Cheese recipes that taste great! This recipe my dad and I perfected. Definitely family friendly!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 package pasta of choice
  • 4 cups cheese, shredded

How To Make homemade mac~n~cheese

  • Step 1
    Fill a medium sized pot halfway with water. Add a pinch of salt, top with a lid and boil on high heat.
  • Step 2
    Remove lid and put in pasta. Cook until just soft, about 7-9 minutes, depending on your pasta.
  • Step 3
    Strain pasta and return to original pot. Add butter to the pasta and stir while the butter is melting. When the butter is completely melted, add cheese, 2 cups at a time. Let cheese melt , then serve!
