1Fill a medium sized pot halfway with water. Add a pinch of salt, top with a lid and boil on high heat.
2Remove lid and put in pasta. Cook until just soft, about 7-9 minutes, depending on your pasta.
3Strain pasta and return to original pot. Add butter to the pasta and stir while the butter is melting. When the butter is completely melted, add cheese, 2 cups at a time. Let cheese melt , then serve!
