How to Make Homemade Mac~N~Cheese
- 1Fill a medium sized pot halfway with water. Add a pinch of salt, top with a lid and boil on high heat.
- 2Remove lid and put in pasta. Cook until just soft, about 7-9 minutes, depending on your pasta.
- 3Strain pasta and return to original pot. Add butter to the pasta and stir while the butter is melting. When the butter is completely melted, add cheese, 2 cups at a time. Let cheese melt , then serve!
