this has been a long time family favorite.This is a dish my grandson Joey always loved to help me make this. Although I think he ate more cheese then what he helped put on it.You can use any kinds of shredded cheeses you like ( the more cheese the better dad said) as well as add in any cooked meats you would like. We just ate this as is.

1 lb
elbow macaroni, cooked
1 sm pkg
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sm pkg
motzeralla shredded cheese
1 sm pkg
shredded montery cheese
2 c
parmesan cheese
1/4 c
1 tsp
salt and pepper
1 tsp
butter, room temperature


1butter the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Litely coat with some Parmesan cheese.
2add in a thin layer of cooked Macaroni. Top with a even thin layer of each of the cheeses.
3sprinkle with a dab of salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese.
4repeat step 2 and 3 till pan is full ending up with the cheese on top.
5heat Milk till it is bubbling but not boiling. Pour over the top and cover with foil.
6Bake in a 350 oven for approx 1 hour or untill you dont see any more milk in bottom of pan in corner. Remove let sit 5 min and enjoy the cheesy goodness.
