I was thinking how much I love home made pasta and found this recipe by Gypsy Witch. These are a bit different then the noodles made with semolina flour.

1 cwhite spelt flour

1 Tbspvegetable oil

3 Tbspwater if needed
How To Make home made spelt noodles for two

1METHOD: Preferred Process: Put all ingredients in a food processor. Once you have a ball of dough it's ready.

2Bread Machine Method: You can add the ingredients to the dough cycle for about 5 minutes.

3Pasta can be rolled and cut into regular shapes. Or you can process it in your pasta maker. The one with the hand crank is best. Apparently the automatic pasta maker doesn't work well with this recipe.

4Also remember it only takes a few minutes to cook this pasta, so keep an eye on it. Add your favorite topping and Enjoy!
