I was thinking how much I love home made pasta and found this recipe by Gypsy Witch. These are a bit different then the noodles made with semolina flour.

How to Make Home Made Spelt Noodles for Two

  1. METHOD:
    Preferred Process:
Put all ingredients in a food processor. Once you have a ball of dough it's ready.
  2. Bread Machine Method:
You can add the ingredients to the dough cycle for about 5 minutes.
  3. Pasta can be rolled and cut into regular shapes. Or you can process it in your pasta maker. The one with the hand crank is best. Apparently the automatic pasta maker doesn't work well with this recipe.
  4. Also remember it only takes a few minutes to cook this pasta, so keep an eye on it.

Add your favorite topping and Enjoy!
