This is the easiest noodle recipe I have ever used. It comes out perfect every time, Is a quick no brainer on a busy day (like Thanksgiving)and every one wants HOME MADE. We love it. Hope you do too.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • - flour till thick aprix 3 cups this varies
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make home made noodles.

  • Step 1
    In mixing bowel, add eggs, water, oil and salt. Hand mix well.
  • Step 2
    Add flour a little at a time till stiff dough forms.
  • Step 3
    Roll dough out on a well floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Step 4
    Flour top of dough well then role into a log. Slice starting at the end to about 1/4 inch slices or to your prefered size.. Unroll the slices, fluff with fingers in flour on surface.
  • Step 5
    Drop in boiling broth a few at a time stirring gently not breaking noodles. When all noodles are in reduce heat to gentile simmer and cook till done stirring occasionally.
  • Step 6
    Noodles are done when they are tender to the taste not and stiff in the middle.
