Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bay scallops
- 1/2 pound haddock or cod fillets, cut into 1"-pieces.
- 1/2 pound lg shrimp, peeled, deveined.
- 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups hot, cooked linguine
How To Make herbed-grilled seafood packet w/ liguine

Step 1Heat grill to medium. Spray a extra lg piece of foil w/ cooking spray. Arrange scallops and fillet pieces on top of foil, place shrimp on top of fish. Sprinkle w/ marjoram, lemon peel, and white pepper. Drizzle w/ butter and lemon juice. Bring corners of foil up to center and seal loosely. Place packet on grill. Cover grill. Cook 10 min, or until shrimp are pink, fish flakes easily and scallops are opaque. Serve over hot linguine.
