  • 32 oz
    jar favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground meat
  • 1 lb
    angel hair pasta
  • 4 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 can(s)
    6 oz tomato paste
  • 8 oz
    dry cottage cheese
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1/3 c
    grated onion
  • 8 oz
    drained canned mushroom

How to Make Heavenly Spaghetti


  1. Cook & drain spaghetti.
  2. Saute meat & mushrooms. Add spaghetti sauce, salt and pepper.Set aside.
  3. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and onion. Set aside
  4. Pam a 9 x 13 inch pan and layer 1/2 the angel hair; 1/2 the cheese mixture & 1/2 the meat sauce.
  5. Add remaining spaghetti; cover with remaining cheese mixture; drizzle melted butter and top with remaining spaghetti sauce.
  6. Chill at least 2 hours but remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before baking.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
  8. Let sit 10 minutes before cutting into squares to serve.
