Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • ·
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 can(s)
    15 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 pt
    sour cream
  • 12 oz
    egg noodles
  • 1 lb
    mozzarella cheese,shredded
  • ·
    parsley

How to Make Heavenly Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350.In frying pan brown beef and drain.Sprinkle on a little garlic powder over beef.Add sugar,salt and tomato sauce.Mix it all up in pan and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile in a bowl mix sour cream ,cream cheese and some onion powder until mixed well.Cook and drain egg noodle as package tells you.
  3. Grease a 9X13 baking dish. In baking dish spead half of the noodles and cover with half cream cheese mixture.Top with half of the mozzarella.
  4. Now cover with all the meat sauce from pan.Put in remaining noodles,cream cheese mixture and mozzarella.Sprinkle parsley over casserole.Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
