My kids love this recipe and it just happened to have the name of one of my older kids. I got this recipe from a Mennonite cookbook and modified it to our family. Hope you all enjoy!

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 1/2 lb
    hamburger browned with onion
  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernel corn ( drained)
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 lb
    velveeta cheese ( cubed)
  • 3 c
    cooked noodles

How to Make Heathers Cassarole

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray a 10 x 13 pan or cake pan will work .
  2. Then put all ingredients in except noodles and mix well.
  3. add noodles and mix in. If you need bigger recipe or slightly more just add more noodles and another can of soup. My family also likes ours cheesy!
  4. Bake 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Will be bubbly and cheese melted.
