Ingredients

  • ½-2 lb
    ground beef
  • ¼ c
    onion, chopped fine
  • ½ c
    green pepper, chopped fine
  • ½ c
    celery, choped fine
  • ½ tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    condensed beef broth
  • 1 c
    water
  • 6 oz
    tomato juice
  • ¼ tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large can(s)
    spaghetti
  • 1 large can(s)
    spaghetti-o's
  • ¼ c
    heavy cream

How to Make Hearty Meal Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper, and celery; cook until tender.
  2. Add oregano, salt, broth, water, juice, and Worcestershire Sauce; cook 15 minutes.
  3. With knife, cut through long Spaghetti in can, breaking it up for easier eating. Add Spaghetti and Spaghetti-O's to simmered mixture; cook 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cream; heat through. Serve and smile!
