How to Make Happy Mac

Step-by-Step

  1. Let's start with the fun part!!! Put the tube of Garlic Ritz in a zip type bag and crush them into crumbs....woohoo that was fun! :)
  2. Place freshly cooked and drained macaroni in a casserole baking dish. Add can of tomatoes, salt, pepper, and 1/2 of the tube of Ritz crackers (crushed) to the noodle and mix up gently.
  3. Melt jar of cheese dip with milk and butter in sauce pan until soft. Then stir into the macaroni mixture.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar and the remaining crushed Ritz crackers.
  5. bake for 10 minutes at 350 to melt in the topping but do not burn it. Remove and serve for good happy mac! My kids love it!
