elbow macaroni, cooked

plain cheese dip
1 can(s)
fire roasted garlic flavored tomatos
1 pkg
1 tube garlic ritz crackers
1 Tbsp
1/2 c
2% milk
1/2 c
mild cheddar cheese shredded
1 tsp
1 tsp

How to Make Happy Mac


  • 1Let's start with the fun part!!! Put the tube of Garlic Ritz in a zip type bag and crush them into crumbs....woohoo that was fun! :)
  • 2Place freshly cooked and drained macaroni in a casserole baking dish. Add can of tomatoes, salt, pepper, and 1/2 of the tube of Ritz crackers (crushed) to the noodle and mix up gently.
  • 3Melt jar of cheese dip with milk and butter in sauce pan until soft. Then stir into the macaroni mixture.
  • 4Top with shredded cheddar and the remaining crushed Ritz crackers.
  • 5bake for 10 minutes at 350 to melt in the topping but do not burn it. Remove and serve for good happy mac! My kids love it!
