Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 slices bacon (crisp,drained and crushed)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 10 1/2 ounces can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 2/3 package egg noodles, cooked and drained
How To Make hamburger stroganoff

Step 1Brown ground beef in a large skillet with the bacon crumbs and onion.Cook until tender and drain excess fat. Add salt and pepper then add cream of mushroom soup. Simmer for about 10 minutes, add sour cream and drained noodles and continue simmering for 10 to 15 minutes longer. Take off heat and enjoy.
