My mom made this casserole in our house a lot when my brother and I were growing up. It's a family favorite that never disappoints. It was one of the first recipes I asked my mom for when I moved out of the house.

- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups noodles, cooked
- 15oz cans corn

Step 1Lightly brown beef and onion together. Add soups, sour cream, salt, and pepper; mix well. Add in noodles and corn; combine. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
