hamburger, mac & cheese casserole

I have been making this for at least 30 years and my family loves it! You can sub ground turkey for the beef and use cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken, which does change the flavor of this recipe. Both ways are good! If you like more meat, corn or mushrooms - add it!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can corn
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 boxes kraft macaroni and cheese
How To Make hamburger, mac & cheese casserole

Step 1Cut up the onion and saute in a skillet. Add the ground beef and cook till done. Drain.

Step 2While the beef is cooking, make the Mac & Cheese per the directions on the box.

Step 3When the beef and mac & cheese are done, mix them together in one big pot.

Step 4Add the cream of chicken soup, corn and mushrooms and mix all together. My family likes it with 2 cans of soup. Put one in and taste to see your liking. That's it!! Enjoy!!
