Ingredients

  • 16 ounces rotini pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 ounces velveeta cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 cup ham deli meat chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup each diced green onions and drained pimientos

How To Make ham and cheese rotini

  • Step 1
    Cook the rotini in boiling salted water. While the Rotini is cooking melt the butter in a saucepan. Whisk in the flour
  • Step 2
    Whisk and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in the milk and continue to whisk. Add the Velveeta and cook until it melts. Stir in the ham, green onions and pimientos. Cook until warmed through
  • Step 3
    Drain the pasta and stir it into the cheese mixture. Serve
