Ingredients
- 16 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 4 ounces velveeta cheese cut into cubes
- 1 cup ham deli meat chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup each diced green onions and drained pimientos
How To Make ham and cheese rotini

Step 1Cook the rotini in boiling salted water. While the Rotini is cooking melt the butter in a saucepan. Whisk in the flour

Step 2Whisk and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in the milk and continue to whisk. Add the Velveeta and cook until it melts. Stir in the ham, green onions and pimientos. Cook until warmed through

Step 3Drain the pasta and stir it into the cheese mixture. Serve
