Ingredients

  • 1 package spaghetti, 8 ounces
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 12 ounces corn kernels with sweet peppers
  • 1 can tomato sauce, 8 ounces
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter

How To Make ground beef with spaghetti parmigiana

  • Step 1
    In saucepot, prepare spaghetti as label directs; drain.
  • Step 2
    Return spaghetti to saucepot.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, in 12\" skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and onion, stirring occasionally, until all pan juices evaporate and meat is browned.
  • Step 4
    Add corn, tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, sugar and ground cinnamon; heat through.
  • Step 5
    Toss spaghetti with parmesan cheese and butter.
  • Step 6
    Arrange spaghetti on warm platter.
  • Step 7
    Spoon meat mixture over spaghetti.
