Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 - medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes, undrained
- 8 cups water
- 8 - beef bouillon, cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
- 2 cups frozen peas & carrot mix
- 1 can corn, drained
How To Make ground beef & orzo soup

Step 1Cook beef, onion, and garlic in large saucepan over medium-high heat until beef is brown, stirring to separate meat; Drain fat.

Step 2Puree' tomatoes with juice in covered blender or food processor. Add tomatoes, water, bouillon cubes and pepper to meat mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes.

Step 3Add orzo and vegetables, simmer 15 minutes more. Serve with crusty bread.
