Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 9 cups egg noodles, cooked
- 1 pound American cheese, cubed
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained (15 oz)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (10.5 oz each)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Add some extra shredded cheese for the presentation. Also, we used a 16 oz bag of egg noodles.

Step 1In a Dutch oven, cook beef, green pepper, and onion until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Drain.

Step 2Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.

Step 3Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish.

Step 4Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
