IM MEXICAN, AND MY OLDER SISTER COOKS ALWAYS THIS DISH AT XMAS EVE.WHEN I WAS LIVING BACK IN MEXICO, WE WENT TO MY MOMS HOUSE EVERY XMAS EVE AROUND 3 PM AND STARTED PREPARING ALL THE FEAST FOR THE BIG NIGHT..

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1/2 pound chile poblano
  • 1/2 jar sour cream ( if u can find the mexican one is better)
  • 3 OR 4 tablespoons mayo
  • 3 pinches mustard
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make green sphagetti

  • Step 1
    COOK THE PASTA ACORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTION
  • Step 2
    ROAST THE POBLANOS CHILES ON A FRY PAN ( without oil ) LET THEM SWEAT IN A PLASTIC BAG. WHEN THEY ARE COLD, PEEL AND SEED THEM. PUT THEM IN THE BLENDER,ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS (BUT THE CHESSE ) ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE, IF THE SAUCE IS THICK U CAN ADD A LITTLE BIT OF MILK.

    BUTTER A OVEN PROOF DISH, POUR THE PASTA AND THEN THE GREEN SAUCE, SPRINKLE THE CHEDDSAR CHESSE OR AMERICAN CHESSE, PUT IT IN THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES. AND THATS IT..
