- 1/2 jar sour cream ( if u can find the mexican one is better)
- 3 OR 4 tablespoons mayo
- 3 pinches mustard
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Step 1COOK THE PASTA ACORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTION

Step 2ROAST THE POBLANOS CHILES ON A FRY PAN ( without oil ) LET THEM SWEAT IN A PLASTIC BAG. WHEN THEY ARE COLD, PEEL AND SEED THEM. PUT THEM IN THE BLENDER,ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS (BUT THE CHESSE ) ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE, IF THE SAUCE IS THICK U CAN ADD A LITTLE BIT OF MILK.
