An unusual salad but very good. You can substitute fresh chives for the green onions with equally tasty results.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces small shell pasta,cooked
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic,peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 - green onions, sliced
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan

How To Make green shell salad

  • Step 1
    Place cooked,drained pasta in large bowl.Process next 10 in blender until smooth.Pour over pasta and toss. Sprinkle Parmesan over. Chill well before serving.
