This is a very fast dish to whip together, so it's important to have your pasta going as you cook the sauce. Great with salad and garlic bread!

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can 16 oz can stewed, chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chopped basil (fresh or dried)
  • 1 pound fresh or frozen shrimp, shelled and de-veined
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 box angel hair pasta

How To Make greek-syle shrimp and pasta

  • Step 1
    This goes together very quickly so get your pasta going before you start.
  • Step 2
    Add Olive oil to large skillet and heat on low.
  • Step 3
    Saute chopped garlic for 1 minute.
  • Step 4
    Stir in chopped tomatoes and basil. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Stir in shrimp and feta. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp is just pink and cooked through.
  • Step 6
    In a large bowl, toss sauce and pasta together.
