2garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbspolive oil
29 oztomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
1/2 cgreen onions, sliced
1/4 cparsley, chopped
1 Tbsplemon juice
12 ozspaghetti, cooked
1 cfeta cheese, crumbled
2.25 ozolives, sliced and drained
How to Make Greek Spaghetti
- Saute garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet until tender.
- Add tomatoes and next 3 ingredients; saute 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Toss together tomato mixture, pasta, cheese, and olives.
- Garnish with lemon slices, green onion and fresh parsley if desired.
