Ingredients

  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 29 oz
    tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
  • 1/2 c
    green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 12 oz
    spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 c
    feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2.25 oz
    olives, sliced and drained

How to Make Greek Spaghetti

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet until tender.
  2. Add tomatoes and next 3 ingredients; saute 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  3. Toss together tomato mixture, pasta, cheese, and olives.
  4. Garnish with lemon slices, green onion and fresh parsley if desired.
