Grandma would make this and as soon as it came out of the oven we were ready with our forks, sometimes it never made it to the table ..

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 - large onion chopped
  • 2 cans chopped tomatos with ital seasoning..
  • 1 - green onion
  • - chili powder to taste
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • dash ground red pepper
  • - salt and pepper to taste..
  • 1 box large box macoroni noodles
  • 3 cups parmasian cheese
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar

How To Make grandmas chili mac

  • Step 1
    Cook beef and drain, add all ingred except macaroni and cheese cook on med about 10 min and stir..
  • Step 2
    Cook and drain noodles. you will need a cassorole dish with lid a good size one to layer ingred.
  • Step 3
    spray bottom, layer noodles , top with meat sauce , parmasian cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, again layer noodles, meat mixture and last top with cheese.. bake 30-45 min on 325. serve with garlic toast and salad. We serve it with garlic toast and apple sauce.. Great for a chilly day..
