2 lb
lean ground beef
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
garlic salt
large onion chopped
2 can(s)
chopped tomatos with ital seasoning..
green onion
chili powder to taste
2 dash(es)
hot sauce
ground red pepper
salt and pepper to taste..
1 box
large box macoroni noodles
3 c
parmasian cheese
3 c
shredded cheddar

How to Make Grandmas Chili mac


  • 1Cook beef and drain, add all ingred except macaroni and cheese cook on med about 10 min and stir..
  • 2Cook and drain noodles. you will need a cassorole dish with lid a good size one to layer ingred.
  • 3spray bottom, layer noodles , top with meat sauce , parmasian cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, again layer noodles, meat mixture and last top with cheese.. bake 30-45 min on 325. serve with garlic toast and salad. We serve it with garlic toast and apple sauce.. Great for a chilly day..
