- 1/2 stick margarine (i use butter)
- 2 - large onions
- 1 - large greene pepper
- 1 - large can of tomatoes
- 2 cups water
- 15 ounces can tomato sauce
- - sugar to taste
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 12 ounces bag of uncooked noodles
- 8 ounces package mozzarella cheese
How To Make grandma's casserole

Step 1IN A LARGE KETTLE OR DUTCH OVEN SAUTE' 1/2 STICK OF MARGARINE, 2 LARGE ONIONS, CHOPPED, 1 LARGE GREEN PEPPER CUTE IN LONG THIN STRIPS.

Step 2ADD 2 LBS GROUND CHUCK AND COOK UNTIL MEAT LOSES ITS REDNESS. ADD TOMATOES, WATER, TOMATO SAUCE, SUGAR, SALT & PEPPER

Step 3IN A 9X12X2 BAKING PAN PLACE A 12 OZ BAG OF UNCOOKED NOODLES. SPOON THE MEAT MIXTURE OVER THE NOODLES, COVER THIS WITH AN 8 OZ PKG OF MOZZARELLA CHEESE. COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKED FOR 1 HOUR IN 350 DEGREE OVEN
