  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 cups garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup pecornino romano cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmigiano- reggiano cheese shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • - juice of 1 lemon
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • FETTUCCINE
  • 8 ounces fettuccine cooked and drained

  • Step 1
    Add butter, cream cheese and garlic to saucepan and cook until melted and smooth. Add the heavy cream. Add the cheeses and whisk until smooth. Stir in nutmeg and lemon juice. taste and season with salt. Serve over cooked fettuccine
