- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

- 8 ounces fettuccine cooked and drained

Step 1Add butter, cream cheese and garlic to saucepan and cook until melted and smooth. Add the heavy cream. Add the cheeses and whisk until smooth. Stir in nutmeg and lemon juice. taste and season with salt. Serve over cooked fettuccine
