GOULASH (MACARONI/BEEF)

Ingredients

12 ozlarge elbow macaroni

8-16 ozground beef 93/7 (i use 1/2 lb)

1/2 mediumonion-minced
-
3 Tbspgreen pepper-minced
-
1 clovegarlic (large) minced

1 largecan plum tomatoes - 29 oz
-
1 Tbspsugar
-
1/4-1/2 tspred pepper flakes
-
1/4 tspblack pepper-fresh ground
-
1 tspkosher salt
-
1/4 tspcelery seed
-
1beef bouillon cube
How to Make GOULASH (MACARONI/BEEF)
- Heat the pasta pot over medium high heat, add ground beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic.
Cook-stirring 4-5 minutes till meat is cooked through and onions are translucent.
Remove any fat that accumulated. - Stir in the red pepper flakes, tomatoes, black pepper, salt, celery seed, bouillion and macaroni.
Cook over medium high heat for 1 minute stirring constantly.
Serve.
