beef chuck cross rib roast
water to cover roast
1 can(s)
whole clams
28 oz
can tomatoes
5 oz
can tomato paste
sour cream
1 tsp
whole peppercorns
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
onions, sliced
cloves garlic
1 c
fresh mushrooms

How to Make Goulash


  • 1Cover roast with just enough water in pressure cooker.
  • 2Cook for 45 minutes until done.
  • 3Remove roast from liquor and let cool.
  • 4Add can of whole tomatoes, can of clams, sliced onions, sliced mushrooms, spices and
    tomato paste.
  • 5Crush garlics with side of knife and add to stew.
  • 6Stir and let simmer.
  • 7When roast has cooled down shred into pieces and add to the stew to simmer.
  • 8Either serve plain with sour cream on top or stir in sour cream and serve over rice or noodles.
  • 9Or eat goulash alone, but with someone.
