Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef chuck cross rib roast
- - water to cover roast
- 1 can whole clams
- 28 ounces can tomatoes
- 5 ounces can tomato paste
- - sour cream
- 1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 - onions, sliced
- 8 - cloves garlic
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
How To Make goulash

Step 1Cover roast with just enough water in pressure cooker.

Step 2Cook for 45 minutes until done.

Step 3Remove roast from liquor and let cool.

Step 4Add can of whole tomatoes, can of clams, sliced onions, sliced mushrooms, spices and tomato paste.

Step 5Crush garlics with side of knife and add to stew.

Step 6Stir and let simmer.

Step 7When roast has cooled down shred into pieces and add to the stew to simmer.

Step 8Either serve plain with sour cream on top or stir in sour cream and serve over rice or noodles.

Step 9Or eat goulash alone, but with someone.
