I come from a family of 7 siblings and my Mother didn't know how to cook except to make Navy Beans, Fried Potatoes, Corn Bread and this Goulash recipe. Money was tight so there were lots of beans and this recipe. I still make it today. My Mother will be 81 May 8Th. So, this is for you Mom.

Ingredients
- 1 pound - ground beef
- 1 - onion
- 1 - can of tomato soup
- 1 - can of franco american spaghetti
- 1 - can of water
- 1 - can of red kidney beans
How To Make goulash

Step 1Chop the onion into fine pieces. Put the ground beef into skillet and add chopped onion and brown meat. Drain grease and then add the tomato soup, can of water and stir. Add the can of drained red kidney beans and Franco American Spaghetti. Stir occasionally until hot. Will be ready to serve. My Mom always served with Fried Potatoes.
