1 lbground beef

1 mediumonion, chopped

1 can(s)mushrooms

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
3 ctomato juice
-
1 Tbspvinegar
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
1 tspdry mustard
-
1 cuncooked macaroni
How to Make Goulash
- ***Alternate preparation -- Start cooking macaroni by itself, first, according to package directions. Do not add until 5 minutes to end of cook-time. This takes more time and work, but the noodles taste better.***
- Brown burger & onion. Drain off excess fat.
- Add mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard, and macaroni.
- Boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir occasionally.
