Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 - medium onion chopped
  • 1 - medium green pepper chopped
  • 32 ounces tomato juice
  • 12 ounces tomato soup
  • 1 box elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 16 ounces can diced tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons worsttershire
  • - parmesan cheese

How To Make goulash

  • Step 1
    Brown and drain ground beef. Sauté onion and green pepper. Cook and drain pasta as directed on box.
  • Step 2
    Add all ingredients in a large pot or crock pot and heat thoroughly. Add pasta 15 minutes before serving.
  • Step 3
    Garnish with Parmesan to taste.
