Ingredients

  • 3 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 jar canned tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 4 sprigs bay leaves, dried
  • 1/2 box whole grain elbow macaroni

How To Make goulash

  • Step 1
    cook your meat, drain the meat, put back in pan after drained, put your stewed tomoatoes and if you have a canned tomatoes, if not use 1 more can of stewed tomatoes, put in 4 bay leaves, let it work together on low for 30 minutes,add just a dash of paprkia stir into meat mixture, in another pan make your elbow macaroni, el dente, make till it is still firm , then drain then put in the pan with the meat and tomatoes, take off heat put cover on pan let it stand for 5 minutes, the macaroni will still cook with cover on it, salt and pepper to taste, it makes quite a bit, if your family is large and love leftovers, if a small family , use 1/2 the ingrediants, " make sure you take out bay leaves"
