This is a dish my family has always enjoyed. I think I got this recipe from Maui news years ago.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces cooked chow mein noodles
- 2 cups sliced chop suey vegetables(green beans,carrot, brocolli etc)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon shoyu sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 - fried egg cut into strips
- 4 - stalks chopped green onions
How To Make gon lo mein

Step 1Sprinkle oyster sauce and sesame oil over noodles and mix well.

Step 2Heat oil in wok or skillet. Stir fry veggies and add shoyu sauce to veggies

Step 3Add noodles to veggies in wok and incorporate the veggies through the noodles and heat well.

Step 4Place the lo Mein on a platter and then add the fried egg that has been cut into strips. Add chopped green onions over all.
