Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti, uncooked
- 8 - garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, snipped
- 4 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- - salt to taste
- - pepper to taste
How To Make garlicky pasta with fresh green herbs

Step 1Cook spaghetti until al dente.

Step 2Meanwhile, heat the garlic in the olive oil until it smells fragrant, just a few moments.

Step 3Toss in the herbs and remove from the heat.

Step 4Drain the pasta and toss in the pan with the garlicky herbs.

Step 5Season and serve and do not add cheese as it only interferes with the herbal flavors.

Step 6Be sure to add enough salt and pepper, however.
