garlic spaghetti
My Grandma made the BEST spaghetti in the world, not much sauce and no meat. This is a close second to the "world's best". I saw this on the Food Network and made a few changes. I lightened up on the olive oil and butter and added sugar(thank you Grandma...anytime you use tomato you have to use sugar). I serve this with garlic, tomato cheese bread and a small tossed green salad. It's a hit with the family.
