Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta your choice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound medium shrimp peeled and deveined and cut into pieces
- 1 cup dry white wine
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons parsley minced
How To Make garlic shrimp sauce with parsley

Step 1Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Meanwhile in a large pot big enough to hold the pasta. Place 2 tbsp of the oil and the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the dry white wine and let most evaporate

Step 2Add the shrimp and cook until pink. Season with salt and Drain the pasta reserving 1 cup of pasta water. Add the pasta to the shrimp sauce and use the reserved pasta water to thin the sauce to desired consistency.

Step 3Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the pasta. Stir in the parsley and serve immediately
