How to Make Garlic Jazz Pasta w/ shrimp
- Put on a large pot of water and allow it to boil. Add penne pasta to boiling water, let cook until tender.
- Give shrimp a quick rinse then add them to a pan. Add the stick of butter and allow to melt and then add minced garlic and scallions. Sprinkle in paprika and garlic salt.
- While the shrimp, spices and butter are cooking, add in a cup of milk and a few tablespoons of Parmesan. Turn down heat and let it thicken.
- Add shrimp mixture into cooked pasta and toss gently. Add more Parmesan cheeses and fresh scallions (your preference) and enjoy! (spinach salad pictured is optional)
