Ingredients
- 1 large spaghetti squash
- 2 cloves garlic, large
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1 teaspoon blk pepper, divided
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ADD UR FAV SAUCE...I USED MY EGGPLANT GRAVY...DELICIOUS ;). BELOW IN COMMENTS IS MY EGGPLANT GRAVY RECIPE ;)

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 400. CUT SPAGHETTI SQUASH IN HALF...LENGTHWISE. CLEAN OUT SEEDS N THEN BRUSH INSIDE WITH OLIVE OIL.

Step 2SRINKLE WITH SALT N PEPPER

Step 3PLACE A CLOVE OF GARLIC ON A BAKING PAN N COVER WITH EACH HALF OF SPAGHETTI SQUASH CUT SIDE DOWN. BAKE FOR 25-30...UNTIL A FORK CAN GO INTO SKIN EASILY. THEN ITS DONE :)

Step 4SMASH COOKD GARLIC INTO EACH HALF N START SCRAPING THE SQUASH WITH A FORK TO FORM STRANDS OF SPAGHETTI...MIX WITH UR FAV GRAVY/SAUCE N ENJOY :)
