- GARLIC GINGER SCALLION SAUCE
- 1 1/4 cups thinly sliced scallions
- 1/4 cup fresh ginger minced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- RAMEN
- 2 packages ramen noodles or 2 cups fresh ramen noodles

Step 1Mix ingredients for sauce together and let sit 30 minutes to let flavors marry.

Step 2Cook ramen noodles and drain. Add sauce to taste. Serve.
